In order to find out the basis for the different status and roles of both sexes in societies, the interpreted theories of gender were addressed, through which the most important factors affecting gender relations, such as biological, social and economic factors, as well as political systems, were discussed. Due to the changing factors temporally and spatially, gender relations are also changing. As a result of these changes, the concept of gender has become a prominent concept in various aspects of life and has been the focus of many writers, researchers and conferences on how to contribute to gender and what mechanisms contribute to the uncles. There are only two schools in the camp district According to the city's population, if the city of Jalawla needs eleven kindergartens and needs one primary school, eight middle schools, two preparatory schools, three secondary schools and two vocational schools. Despite the low share of the teacher or teacher for the number of students (25) students Enrollment in schools for the school of high school athletes and school students. Which determines the number of students per division (2040) students This requires the construction of additional classes to reduce the number of students in the Division, and the criterion of distance. Most of the students travel more than the distance of the planning standards, and this is due to the imbalance in the geographical distribution of educational services in the city of Jalawla. The questionnaire was subjected to the consultation of a group of specialized expertise in the educational and psychological sciences to certify the propriety of the items of the questionnaire and it gained a rate of (80%), and the stability of the scale gained (0.91) and it stands for a correlation parameter with a statistical significance and it was calculated by using Person’s R Correlation. The sample of the research contained (118) teachers of Kindergartens in Baghdad City including its two sides of Al Karkh and Al Rusafah. The research has come up with the result that 20 problems have been spread in kindergartens that the teachers were suffering of. This foundational decision was taken right after the independence of the country in 1962. Soon after, in 1963, the central government decided the Arabisation of the whole educational levels starting from primary school till university. At the same period, illiteracy-eradication programmes were launched by the Ministry of Education to get rid of this post-colonial scourge. In the administrative department (or Wilaya) of Adrar, former Tuat, young males and females attend Quranic schools (Zawaya) well before any formal education, that is as early as 4-5 years of age. The adult people who are not enrolled in formal classes could sit for non-formal ones. However, actual measurements and statistics reveal that the number of male and female pupils is not balanced: The present research paper aims at describing this phenomenon through statistics provided by the last National Census (2008), Adrar local educational academy, and Adrar Illiteracy-eradication Centre. The methodology consists in interviewing representatives and directors of the aforementioned institutions and surveying their archives and enrollment registers. The overall results show that the boys are more numerous than the girls in formal schools, while the reverse trend is noticed in Illiteracy-eradication classes where women are more present than men. An Intertextual reference is interwoven in the present research as it brings Golding’s <em>Lord of the Flies</em> to the surface, and it highlights certain similarities between the two texts. In which Ralph, Piggy and Simon in Golding’s <em>Lord of the Flies </em>are the incarnations of stable moral values and hope of surviving ethics and rules in a chaotic and turmoil world. The events in Collins’ book prove that a character is refined and enriched by the challenges he/she overcomes through his/her lifetime. It presents a picture of contemporary life which is characterized by a condensed intellectual and spiritual crisis. The word "Hunger" in the novel is metaphorical; it denotes the uncontrollable need for political freedom, a healthy social system and equal opportunities in life. In the world of Panem's District 12, bread means hope.it represents a survival from hunger. The elites of Panem use hope as a method of control. The perplexity faced by Iraqi second language learners (L2) due to the multi-usages of this preposition has motivated the researcher to conduct this study. Seventy-six second year university students participated in this experimental study. The data of the pre-test and post-test were analyzed by SPSS statistical editor. The results have shown the following: First, a progress of more than (0.05≤) has been detected as far as students' understanding of the multiple usages of the preposition <em>in</em> is concerned. Second, the results of the questionnaire have shown a prominent positive change in the students' attitude toward CL approach. Third, the main source of difficulty has been shown to be attributed to the diversity in the semantics of the preposition <em>in</em>. In this story, the present study exams some picking polysemic words to the extent that the translators of HP prevail to render the proposed significance as per the setting of the first content. Obviously, the picking translators in this examination were not mindful of the wonder of polysemy in the HP. They embrace a strict interpretation methodology to pass on the greater part of the polysemic sense. The method of data collection is divided into two stages. Firstly, determining the situational context of the fantasy and identifying the polysemic sense to clearly make all the contextual meanings of the source text. Secondly, reviewing the selected translation to examine how far they express the TL meaning of the polysemic sense. &nbsp;The present study clarifies that strict translation is reasonable to convey all components of the polysemic words. Furthermore, the translators need to utilize a selected methodology to conquer the confounding circumstance in deciphering polysemic words.
